Philip Halsted
Philip is a seasoned property developer with over a decade of experience in building and managing a diverse property portfolio. His expertise extends to coaching emerging property entrepreneurs on raising investor finance to further their own ventures. Philip is passionate about enhancing individuals’ lives through property investment, a commitment rooted in his belief that property ownership significantly improves quality of life.
Before his real estate career, Philip spent 15 years as a management consultant across the public and private sectors, specialising in business analysis and process improvement. Through this extensive experience he has acquired invaluable skills that enrich his real estate endeavours.
Outside of his professional life, Philip is devoted to his family and enjoys sports and traveling. His interests highlight his dynamic personality and his continuous pursuit of personal and professional growth.
